School Age Child Care

 

WHO:   School Age Children K-5th grade (Middle School students upon approval)

WHEN: Monday-Friday  After School until 6:00pm

Forest Park Elem (also Serving Meridian and Eastside Elem)

Jackson Township Elem (also serving the Clay City Shuttle Bus)

Greencastle Community Schools

Ridpath Primary (also serving TZ, Deer Meadow and Greencastle Middle)

Weekly Option $25.00 $20.00
Daily Option $7.00 $5.00

Registration Fee: $5 per child due at time of registration


 

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:

Complete registration form and return to the YMCA or the school site your child will attend. Payment is required weekly and should be paid at the after school program site.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY:

Health and safety is the first concern of the YMCA. Every precaution is taken to ensure the well-being of each child. All staff is trained in CPR and First-Aid. First-aid supplies are available at all times. If your child has special needs, please communicate with the staff prior to the child’s arrival for care.

 

DAILY SCHEDULE:

All children receive a snack and drink daily after school. Children spend around thirty minutes participating in the KidzLit literacy program or completing homework. The remainder of the day is spent in active play, character education, crafts and games.

 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:

Financial assistance is available to families who qualify. We are an eligible provider with the CASY child care subsidy program. Please ask about our scholarship programs at the member services desk.
