To provide a safe, stimulating environment for youth (ages 10 to 14) during
after school hours. To utilize recreational and educational activities that
build strong minds and bodies. To prevent the use of alcohol, tobacco and
other drugs.
Who: Youth ages 10-14
What: Eight week, Free, afterschool program
provided by the YMCA of Clay County and CHANCES for Indiana Youth.
When: After School – 6:00 P.M. (Dates TBA)
Where: North Clay and Clay City Middle Schools
Why: To provide a safe, stimulating environment
for youth after school hours, with recreational activities that build strong
youth, healthy bodies and help to prevent the use of alcohol, tobacco and
other drugs.
