Festival Softball Tournament
WHO: Open to all teams whose
members are 14 years of age and older.
WHAT: 2007 Popcorn Festival
Softball Tournament
WHEN: Saturday, October 6th
Games may be played on Friday, October 5th depending on the number of
teams that enter.
REGISTRATION:
Registration will occur from September 7th to September 30th. Late
registrations will not be accepted. A waiting list will be available if
an additional team is needed for the tournament. Schedules will be
available by October 2nd.
2007 Popcorn Festival Softball
Registration Form
FEE:
$100.00 per team must be paid in full at the time of registration.
No exceptions. There will be no additional fees for your team.
TEAM MEMBERS:
Teams are limited to 20 members. Team members must be 14 or older by
the registration deadline. All team members should be listed on the
registration form. Team members may not be on more than one team in this
tournament.
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT:
All team members should be in normal health and capable of safe
participation in the sports program. Participants assume all risks and
hazards incidental to participation in the activity. Participants are
responsible for any medical expenses incurred from participation and
will not hold the YMCA of Clay County, its Board or employees liable.

Halloween at
the Y Family Fun Night
Who: Open to the entire
community
What: Halloween @ the Y is designed to be a fun and safe way for
families and community members to celebrate Halloween.
When: Saturday, October 28 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Where: YMCA of Clay County
Why: There will be many fun games, activities, crafts,
magic/juggling shows, a Haunted Hallway, and the world famous “Chili
Witch” will be serving spooky chili all evening.
Cost: Admission is one non-perishable food item, (or $1 per person)
which will be donated to the local food pantries.

Breakfast
with Santa
Who: Open to the entire community
What: A fun filled morning for the children of the community
where Santa will listen to each child’s Christmas wishes. YMCA staff and
community volunteers will be on hand to lead Christmas carols and assist
with crafts and games. Breakfast will be provided. Free Picture
With Santa
When: Saturday, December 8th 2007 from 9-11am.
